shitty sound and story

Watch this cartoon and imagine one made exactly the same with bad animation and graphics. This cartoon doesn't deserve much praise, because you wont get a lot out of watching it except for appreciating the style of the animation. It takes something different to actually get a good reaction out of people. First: a good story and punch line. Present it well, and WITH GOOD SOUND and MAYBE you'll get some praise.

I enjoyed all of those VERY much for a reason I can't really put my finger on. I'm not usually into stick death/fighting but it was very energetic and original...done right!

Ugh...sorry man. You have some good art in there, but it is waaaaay drawn out. You really think people want to see a guy walk really slowly for a 30 second sequence then for another one without anything really changing? You got to have some more beat oriented stuff or atmosphere oriented stuff like the cars driving by - that was good. I was impressed with some of the art like the church, but you can't just stop there. You gotta go back and add on more stuff, and really have a really pronounced story so they know what you're talking about.
I did an animation back in a high school class of this song and I wish I could find the finished product. It was cool to find someone animating a completely different idea of the song, but it's a shame that you dont have it more filled in. Good for what you have though. Don't be afraid to take some critizism.

Wow. There's things I really like about this that were hard to put a finger on at first. The song...so eighties...reverb amazingness. It works so well. Who would dare to try? But it works! That filled my heart with joy. It inspires me to make something like that for my girlfriend. Excellent submission.

This isn't fun to watch. Looses its fun real quick. Its interesting because I dont know where you get the video from but its easy to convert into flash vectors of 1 color.
